Precision Muscle Recovery is proud to have participated in several community and athletic events, as well as treating high school, college, and semi-pro teams and athletes, including:

- ZooFari with 1,500 guests including local celebrities such as Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Matt Williams, Kurt Warner and Pat McMahon. (2008)
- JPC Memorial Scottsdale - Suicide Prevention Golf Tournament (2009)
