What To Expect

  • All clients are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
  • A competent and professional session each time, addressing the client's specific needs for that session.
  • Clients may reach us directly or via voice mail (see our Schedule Appointment or Contact page for details). Calls will be returned within 24 hours.
  • Some services may be directly billed to your insurance provider (see Client Insurance page for further details); however, with each session, will gladly provide a receipt for your reimbursement process.
  • All services are provided within the therapist’s scope of practice. When necessary, we refer to appropriate specialists when work is not within our scope of practice and/or not in the client's best interest.
  • If we need to cancel an appointment, we do so within 24 hours whenever possible. If we cancel the appointment in less than 24 hours, we provide a 50 percent discount with the client's next session.
  • Clients are draped with a sheet at all times during the session. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time. Genitals are never exposed or massaged.
  • We offer a 100% guaranteed massage service. If you are not satisfied with the massage you received we will refund your money.

Our requirements of clients

  • Payment is expected at the time the service is rendered.
  • Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions, which begin late due to the client arriving late, end at the appointed time and are full price.
  • If cancellation is necessary, please give 24-hour notice so we can fill your time. If you do not provide notice in a timely manner or at all, we will require payment at the time you schedule your next appointment.
  • Emergency cancellations are determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
  • Sexual harassment is not tolerated.
  • If the practitioner's safety feels compromised, the session will be stopped immediately.
  • This office is a smoke free environment.
  • Be clean, having showered the same day as the treatment.
  • For your comfort, do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior to the session.
